“Seriously, you are one hot looking mamma-to-be,” Claire replied as she gazed at Marley in the mirror with an expression that conveyed seriousness and excitement.

“Sexylicious,” Sophie commented as she nodded with approval.

Marley laughed. “Is that even a word?”

“With you looking so beautiful, you just created it,” Sophie indicated with a wink.

“Sexylicious. I love that word,” Claire said with a huge grin. “And I’ll add my own word for you, Marley. Curvylicious. You are perfect for men who are into pregnant women. You’ll turn heads at The Key Club. Maybe you’ll find a couple of decent lover guys like I did.”

Marley shook her head. “No, please let’s not go there. I’m not looking for love, just some wild sex with no strings.”

A weird look zapped between the two women and before Marley could ask them what was going on, the sales lady appeared. She began oohing at how lovely Marley looked in that dress and before any more doubts could plague Marley, Claire told the sales lady that Marley was taking the dress and that Claire would be paying for it. Before Marley could protest, her friend gave her yet another stern do-not-argue-with-me look, which made Marley clam up.

“Thanks a bunch for the dress, Claire. I really appreciate this gift, and thanks so much girlfriends for helping me shop at such short notice,” Marley said as a few minutes later as they stepped out of the maternity boutique.

“That’s what best friends are for,” Claire replied.

“And I’ve booked a hair and manicure appointment for you for tomorrow afternoon at my salon. My treat. I’m going to make you look drop dead gorgeous,” Sophie added.

Oh gosh, they were being so nice to her. So wonderful. From out of nowhere, emotions, thick and raw bubbled up from deep inside Marley’s chest. Her eyes watered and her chin trembled as she tried to keep from crying. Gosh, she’d been doing a lot of that lately. Because of her sweet little baby, her entire body was changing and sometimes she was crying at the drop of a hat. Darned hormones. But she wouldn’t give any of it up for anything. Love for her unborn baby intertwined with her happiness at having such wonderful friends. Despite trying hard not to allow it, hot tears streaked down her cheeks.

“Oh honey, what’s wrong?” Claire asked as both she and Sophie stopped her on the street. Their looks of concern sent a shaft of guilt through Marley and for a moment, she couldn’t speak. She could only shake her head unable to express that she was suddenly overwhelmed with happiness.

Both were quick to embrace her. With their warm arms tangling around her body, she felt loved and safe as if she were snug inside a cocoon. A moment later, she was finally able to get herself together and they let her go. Sophie dabbed at Marley’s face with a tissue, tears glistened in her pretty brown eyes as well. She looked at Claire, who also had tears.

Oh great, now she’d made her friends cry too. She took a deep breath and steadied herself.

“You guys…” Her voice sounded so thick with emotion. She cleared her throat and continued.

“You’ve both been so great throughout everything. I don’t know what I would have done without you two in my life. You’re always there for me, no matter what and I appreciate it so much.”

“We’ll always be here for you, Marley,” Claire replied. “Heck, the three of us have been best friends since you moved here all those years ago. I’d say that’s a pretty good track record.”

“Amen to that,” Sophie chimed in. She reached into her purse, pulled out another tissue, and dabbed her tears away.

“Come on, there’s one more stop before we turn in for the night.” Claire said. She hooked her elbow with Marley’s arm and then with Sophie’s and pulled them further down the street toward the shoe shop.

  Chapter Two

“She’s here,” Kacey Poole, said in as low a voice as possible, but loud enough so only his best friend, Rick, could hear as they sat in the dark back booth as Marley entered the dimly lit Key Club wearing a sinfully sexy red dress that made his cock jerk to attention.

Rick’s head snapped up. His entire body visibly tensed and his brown eyes narrowed as he spotted Marley. A rare grin lifted his lips. Instantly Kacey knew they’d made the right decision in coming here tonight. The past ten years with the Special Ops had been fraught with adventure but also with sadness and violence. It had been time for them to resign their quest for helping keep the country safe and to come home permanently.

They just hadn’t expected to be told she was pregnant and not hooked up with a man. Her wanting a life with one man and being unable to choose between himself or Rick had been the reason she’d left their ménage relationship. Of course there had been another major concern…she’d wanted a stable husband who worked closer to home but right now he didn’t want to dwell on it. He wanted to concentrate on Marley.

She had a couple of red streaks down the sides of her mid-back length blonde hair that made her look really pretty. The intoxicating way her breasts strained against that dress, and how voluptuous her luscious curvy body looked had Kacey’s thoughts about wanting to fuck her going haywire.

“She looks hotter than ever with all those curves,” Rick said.

“Who knew we had a pregnancy fetish,” Kacey said, trying hard not to groan at the quick swelling of his cock.

“Who knew she would still be available after all these years,” Rick added.

“Because she’s been waiting for us.”

His teasing remark was dashed when Rick threw him an injured smirk and drew his attention back to Marley.

“It’s a good thing Jaxie called and let us know about Marley craving a ménage,” Rick said.

“And Claire and Sophie giving us a heads up about it too,” Kacey chuckled.

They had arrived back in town a couple of nights ago and were staying with one of Kacey’s older brothers, Kalen, who just happened to be one of Jaxie’s best friends. She’d known about them being back in town and she must have told Sophie and Claire because all three of them had called within an hour of each other to spill the news about Marley wanting a ménage and of her dropping over here to the club tonight.

He watched as Marley, dressed in that dress that left little to his imagination, walked over to the gathering of women who slurped on their colorful smoothies. The women all glared at her as if she was the enemy, but Marley ignored them as she ordered a smoothie from the tender.

“Claws are coming out,” Rick chuckled as he leisurely sipped on his beer and kept his eyes glued to Marley.

“My brother says the competition is fierce with Jaxie’s ménage nights. Usually more participants than there are rooms,” Kacey said.

“Probably more intense with pregnant women and all those hormones raging,” Rick mumbled.

The Key Club had evolved over the years. According to his brother, Jaxie had added a wing out the side of the building over the past few months, and renovated the upstairs rooms. The place was louder and more packed than Kacey remembered. Country music blared and half-naked bodies writhed to the pounding beat on the crowded dance floor.

This swingers club was the highlight of their secluded tourist town and pretty much every adult who was into the swinging scene had a membership. Many outsiders had memberships too and came here to have a good time.

“Have you talked to Jaxie about that trick top hat of hers yet?” Rick asked keeping his eyes glued to Marley who was now sucking on a long straw that led to a bright red smoothie that matched the color of her dress and those red highlights.

“It’s ready to go. When I asked Jaxie to set it up she just about had an orgasm she was so excited.”

  Rick grinned again.

Well, hell, Rick was on a roll with his smiles tonight. Things were definitely looking up for his best friend who tended to be a too serious guy. It was why Kacey didn’t want to reveal what else she’d said, but he may as well.

“She also said there’s still a chance Marley will pick the wrong key and end up with the
wrong guys. Her trick hat isn’t a hundred percent reliable.”

He waited for Rick’s smile to drop. To his surprise, it didn’t.

“When is the draw?” he asked.

  “Should be soon,” Kacey answered.

“Then she’ll be ours.” His whisper was so confident; he had him believing this would actually happen.

His heart began a fast beat and he grabbed his frosted beer mug. He drank the ice-cold brew quickly, then he reached for a couple of green mints in the bowl on their table and popped the mints into his mouth. Within the hour, they would be making love to Marley. Whether she wanted them to or not.

  * * * * *

“What are you doing here?” a very pregnant Finley Harper asked Marley as she moved away from the smoothie bar to watch the crowd dancing on the floor.

Marley tensed at the woman’s cold voice. Ookay that was a lovely hello. Why she’d expected anything different from her sister’s arch enemy Finley was beyond her. She’d married the richest man in town a few weeks ago. Everyone had been invited to the wedding, except Marley and Kelsie. Ever since Marley and her sister had moved to this town, Finley had rubbed them the wrong way with her stuck up snobbery ways.

“I could ask the same of you? Aren’t you supposed to be on your honeymoon?” Marley asked, trying to keep her cool. Finley pinched her red painted lips in a most unattractive way and fluttered her long black false eyelashes a bit too much. Marley almost asked if she had something in her eyes, but refrained. This was not the place to cause a scene.

“We have an open marriage. As if it’s any of your business.”

Oh, crap off. Under other circumstances, she would have blasted the bitch with nasty comments, but the last thing she wanted was for Finley to ruin her night and if Marley stuck around her long enough, she knew it would happen.

“Have a nice evening,” Marley said tightly and quickly moved away. Unfortunately Finely seemed intent on screwing with her because a moment later, she followed Marley as she tried to lose herself in the crowd.

“So, how come you couldn’t find a man to get you pregnant?” Finley shouted above the noise.

Shocked gasps from a couple of women who were dancing close by made Marley clench her fists.

  Fuck off.

“How come you couldn’t name the man who made you pregnant?” Marley snapped back.

The same two women giggled. Another couple turned their heads to watch them with curiosity. Finley glared daggers at her.

  “Bitch,” Finley said.

Thankfully, she quickly waddled to another area of the room. Her nose was stuck so far up in the air; Marley swore that a bird would have no problem shitting on it.

“Chock one up for the home team.” A man’s voice she instantly recognized swept over Marley like an intimate caress. Her entire being; soul, heart and body reacted with intense awareness.

  Rick?

She whirled around to find him and Kacey standing there. Two men straight out of her past. Two well-muscled men she’d least expected to find here. The music faded as her heart began thumping a mad tune of it’s own in her ears. Suddenly it seemed as if the three of them were the only people in the club.

Although she’d made it a point to avoid them for ten years, it appeared as if they had barely changed. Both of them gazed at her with the same passion she remembered. Intensity that made her tremble with a desperate sensual need she’d never experienced before.

Lust darkened Rick’s eyes as he slowly swept his gaze from her face, caressing her breasts and then lowered his attention onto her swollen belly. His Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed. She’d expected him to be turned off by her pregnancy, but he smiled. Appreciation lit his eyes.

Kacey too seemed pleased to see her pregnant. The tip of his tongue peeked out from between his slightly parted lips and his eyes were bright with curiosity and sensuality as he too fixated on her big belly. Suddenly a shocking idea hit her. Were they here because they had a pregnancy fetish? Had they come to have a ménage with some other woman?

A flash of jealousy blinded her. The thought of her men with another woman made her tense to the point where every part of her body hurt.

“Dance,” Kacey ordered as he and Rick held out their hands to her.

Oh goodness. This was all so overwhelming. What should she do? A defiant part of her wanted to turn, run and hide from her two former lovers. Another part of her wanted to pick up their passionate relationship. This was all too crazy to be true. They could not be here. The last she’d heard they still had several months left on their third tour of duty with the Ops.

Her hands shook as she placed her barely touched smoothie on a nearby occupied table. She ignored someone’s surprised gasp as the two men reached out to her. Their strong, possessive tanned fingers intertwined with hers and she felt…submissive.

Oh no. Frantically she tried to gather some boldness and pull it around her like a sheet of armor and tell them to get lost, but nothing happened…except for them leading her onto the dance floor.

Surprised couples moved out of the way, giving them space. It wasn’t everyday people saw two hot hunks leading a pregnant woman out onto the dance floor. Overhead, bright lights dimmed and a romantic upbeat song played. They let go of her hands and as she moved leisurely to the musical melody, her body hummed with excitement and disbelief. They really were here.

Fevered heat poured through her. She trembled with longing as their sultry gazes undressed her on the dance floor. Their strong unique scents captured her. Held her. Made love to her senses. Her breathing grew fast. Her breasts pushed boldly against the tight constraints of her dress. Her pussy and her ass clenched as she imagined their powerful shafts sliding into her.

Mercy, but she ached for them to touch her. They didn’t. They swayed close to her in a graceful male dance of seduction. Near enough so the warmth of their bodies teased her mercilessly. She dropped her gaze and her breath halted at the impressive bulges pushing brazenly against their tight jeans.

Unmistakably, the two of them were highly aroused. For her?

She closed her eyes and tried to gather her thoughts. Tried to tell herself she should leave this seductive dance, but she couldn’t breathe. Couldn’t pull away from the magnetic spell they’d ensnared her in. Instead, it was as if her body had taken on a mind of its own. She swayed her hips sensuously. She parted her lips and panted softly. Intense need and fierce heat twisted sharply inside her.

The music ended too soon and her eyes fluttered open. The lights brightened and to her shock and dismay, both men nodded their goodbyes and moved off the dance floor. Without her! They didn’t even look back. Devastation rocked her. How dare they!

Before she could make a fool of herself and follow them, the announcement for all the pregnant women who’d put their names in for the ménage came over the speaker. Indecision made her stand still. What should she do? Should she go after them?

Snap out of it, woman! She chastised. She’d dumped them all those years ago for a damned good reason. Yet why did she feel as if they were suddenly dumping her?

Suddenly Jaxie stepped in beside her and Marley just about jumped out of her skin with surprise.

“Relax, girlfriend. What’s got you so uptight?” Jaxie asked with a chuckle.

She wanted to tell her about Rick and Kacey being here, but she kept her mouth shut. Jaxie would just try to talk Marley out of the ménage and into patching things up with those two. In the way they’d just left her high and dry, her body aching for their touches, it just proved they had returned for payback. But she would up one on them. Come hell or high water, she would go ahead with her plan tonight.

  “Hormones,” she said simply.

Jaxie pouted prettily, but the sparkles in her eyes led Marley to believe she wasn’t buying her story. Had she seen Kacey and Rick? If she had, surely she would mention it.

“I need to stamp your wrist with your number for the draw.”

  Marley held out her ar
m and Jaxie stamped the number 20 onto her wrist.

“Good luck,” Jaxie whispered and winked at her.

Before Marley could say thanks, Jaxie was clapping her hands and shouting for all the participants to follow her.

As the women filed into the next room, Marley stood riveted to the dance floor and eagerly gazed around to see if she could spot Kacey and Rick. She wanted to make sure they saw her going into that room where the ménage draw was being held. But they were nowhere in sight. Had her hormones tricked her into imagining they were here? Or maybe they just didn’t care that she might be here for a ménage? The music started again and people moved onto the dance floor. Some gave her curious glances, while others appeared perturbed that she was crowding their dance space.

When she could barely move with all the writhing bodies pressing in around her, Marley reluctantly pushed past the dancers. A moment later, she joined the ménage lineup and entered the room. She was the last one in and after Jaxie asked her to close the door; she set upon the business at hand.

“Alright. ladies!” Jaxie shouted. “For those of you who don’t know the drill. There are ten ménage rooms available and only twenty of you lovely ladies. Some of you will be lucky and you’ll get two men along with a room and some of you will only get one man and a regular room.”

  Groans echoed through the room.

  Jaxie smiled.

“The numbers you are given are random. I gave them out as I found you, so it is in no particular order. You will pick out of the hat according to the number I inked onto your wrist. There are twenty keys in this hat.” Jaxie held a large black top hat over her head.

“Every time someone pulls out a key, she keeps it. It will open the door to your room and to your sexual partner or partners as the case may be. Regular keys means you won’t get your ménage but at least you have one guy who is into pregnant women. A heart-shaped key is your ticket to a ménage. You keep it as it gets you into your room and to the fun. Any questions ask now or forever hold your peace.”
